Family,
This week was a very successful week here. We were able to teach a lot and we had a lot of investigators at church yesterday. This week was very hot though. I’m already starting to sweat when I get out of the shower. We have a lot of investigators with a lot of potential but the only problem is that every one of them needs to get married first. We’re going to be working hard on starting the wedding process for a lot of them.
This week we had our zone conference in Alegrete. Irmá Rosa didn’t come but Tamires and Claudia came. They’re part of a family that we help build their house in Alegrete. It was really nice to see them. Elder Christiansen bore his last testimony at the conference. He’ll be leaving for home in 2 weeks.
This week we helped Cleber with his moving process. They’ll be moving to Caxias (about 8 hours away from here). They’ll be moving in 2 months but they’re starting the whole process now in organizing their house and stuff. He’s really excited to get his camera. The only problem is that after everyone heard about the camera for so cheap everyone asked me for one. I just told them that it was a rare find and if I find another one I’d let them know.
This week we had to take the worm pills again. The pills are so nasty and they leave a horrible taste but it’s good to know I’m not carrying a friend in my intestines all day.
This week I had a lot of bad luck with insects. During a lesson a spider crawled down the neck sleeve of my shirt. Everyone was just laughing as I hopped off the couch and started smacking my back.
This Thursday is the Day of the Gaucho and there will be a huge parade. I’ll tell you about it next week.
Mom, That makes me so happy to hear of the success you are having with your writing. I’m so glad you had so much fun at the writing conference in St. George. When will you find out about whether the New York publishing agency accepts it?
That’s crazy that Thomas is on his Senior year in High school. What are things like at home anyways? I’m sure Jake is playing a lot of halo with his new x box 360 elite that he bought
Well I hope that you all have a great week! Talk to you later!
I love you infinity!!!
