Week 30 February 7, 2007

Hey!

Well I’ll take your advice on buying something to kill the parasites in our shower walls. We do keep our bathroom clean. We wash the walls and floors but it’s been too long I guess. I’m actually a little more concerned with the spiders in our house. They’re getting out of control. We need to go on a spider killing spree. There are only a few corners in our house that don’t have a spider. This week I’ll do a big house cleaning.

This week we had a lot of rain but it was really needed. There are parts of the city that weren’t getting water at all hours during the day.
I’ve decided that I need to give up my first pair of shoes this week. I’ll have to send you guys a picture next week.... words cannot describe. Our neighbor is using my camera to take pictures for a church activity so I can’t send you any pictures again this week. Next week I’ll make sure to send you guys some. Speaking of pictures, do you guys have any pictures of your trip at Hawaii? You’ll have to spend me some.

This week was really cool. We were working with Maria Elaine to teach her cousin. We were talking for a while and Maria asked when the next transfer is. We told her not for a couple of months and she said she was really glad that it wasn’t close. She said she will cry when I leave. That was the best part of the week. It was the Holy Ghost that converted her not me but it feels so good to be a part of these people’s lives. I’ve made so many good friends with the people here in the ward and with our investigators. It’s really hard when we decide that we have to cut someone and stop teaching them cause they’re not progressing. Once we’ve become really good friends with these people its not easy to have to stop teaching them.

Well, I’ve been feeling pretty sick today. Í think me and elder Williams are getting the same sickness. His is a lot worse though. He passed out in the shower this morning and luckily he’s ok. I’m not close to passing out but I’ve got a bad headache and I think I’m going to go home. I’ll send you guys some pictures this next week. Have a great day thanks for everything.
