Week 19

Hey!!

Hey well about my shoes- it’s just my first pair of shoes that’s been wearing out. I took them to a shoe shop and had them add an extra sole. That’s starting to wear out too a little bit. I don’t think it’s the shoes, I think it’s the roads. It’s mainly dirt roads here and the rocks are sharp. I just have to have each pair last 6 months. Also the Mission home here sells some shoes for cheap if I need them. I should be fine on shoes. Dan should be fine with the shoes too. Where he’s at will have roads and his shoes will last a lot longer. Also I can’t think of anything that I could have taken that wasn’t on the list.

Well can you believe that this transfer is half way over already! It goes by fast. Elder Ferreira is a great guy. All of my companions will be Brazilian I’ve learned. President Mack never puts Americans with Americans unless he absolutely has to. It’s a great way to learn Portuguese I guess.

What’s this new Wii system that you guys got. Also could you have Jake send me some pictures of Halo 3.

Well I’m way excited for Christmas. Yeah it’s going to be way hot but hey it’s still Christmas. The beginning of this week it rained a lot and was kind of cold and now it’s so hot it’s almost hard to breathe. It’s been a week of extremes. Don’t worry I won’t open a package until Christmas.

This Saturday we have 2 baptisms. Some other elders taught them but they are in our area so it’s not really my first baptism. My first baptism will be on December 2- A woman that is a golden investigator. The whole time we’ve taught her she’s been really interested and wants to be baptized. It has been a lot of fun teaching her.

Well I hope that you guys have a great Thanksgiving. Thanks for all the support and love. I’ll talk to you next week! I love you Infinity!!!
