Week 71 November 19, 2007

Family,

Well we finally received water in our house and everything is up and running. The new elder is Elder Frame that is living with us in our house. He only has 4 months on the mission but is loving every minute of it. Elder Luciano is still here too.

The baptism of Mara was very nice. The members were shocked to see how prepared she is. After the baptism she said to everyone that she´d like to help out as much as she can. These last few baptisms have really been amazing for me. We have 3 baptisms marked for this Saturday and 2 weddings so this week will be a busy week. Natalia and Veronica (sisters of Jaciele) will be baptized and also a little boy that is a relative of a family that is planning to be baptized. I will be so glad once the weddings are over. It´s been a lot of work to make these weddings happen.

We played volleyball last week in the sand and had a great time. We´ll be doing it again today but this time we won´t have a lot of investigators. Oh and there’s a member here that when I showed her my pictures she saw you and grandma and she made me promise her to ask you both what´s your secret to look so young.

I just remembered today that this week is Thanksgiving. That’s awesome that Janessa will be there. Be sure to tell her hi for me. I´m excited to see the pictures. Oh and I was wondering if you´d be able to send me the newspaper with the day after thanksgiving sales at Best Buy. Thanks for sending the packages. And thanks for sending stuff to give to people. It will be really nice to be able to give presents to people this Christmas.

Pres Myrrha might be here in the city this week or next. We´ll be having a mini tour instead of a zone conference where an area authority will speak to us. Pres will come here to do all the interviews. He´s such an amazing president. He is working so hard for us and is helping us a lot. When he comes to the conference he´ll bring the mail and I’ll most likely receive the packages.

I hope that you are all doing great and that you have a great week!!!

Thanks for everything. I´ll talk to you next week.
I love you infinity!!!

Hi Elder Fowler:
This is your great Aunt Janice Harris. We hope you had a nice Thanksgiving. It is wonderful you are helping people get married and baptized! I have read your blogs before, but sorry I haven't written before.
It is sad in the family right now since Bethany passed away, but glad we have the gospel and to know that we are all in our Heavenly Father's hands. Take care!
