Hey Mom!
I’m glad you got my letter! Sorry it didn’t get to you before Mother’s day. It was so nice to be able to talk to you on Mother’s Day. It sounds like everyone’s doing so great.
Wow! You got nominated to be the President of the League of Utah Bountiful Chapter! That is so awesome mom. What are the demands for being president? What kind of hours would you have to put in it? When do you have to decide for sure?

Well I’m going to be kind of quick since I was able to talk to everyone on Sunday. On Monday we went and talked to Eva. She still is wanting to be baptized. She made the comment that she finally feels like she is progressing and learning. We are going to have a family night with her this Saturday night. We have some really good investigators right now. I’m really excited. I won’t be here to baptize them but it’s really fun to watch them progress and to answer their questions.
Yesterday I bought a soccer jersey. Here there are two big teams- International and Grêmio. Its like BYU and UTAH. I bought an International jersey and it’s really sweet. Its red and white and Irmã Rosa was able to get it for me pretty cheap.
It’s amazing to think that I’ve only got two more weeks here in Alegrete. We’ll be playing soccer and basketball today and then the next p-day we’ll be making a Churrasco for an Elder that is leaving home after this transfer.
Well, I’ve got to head out. I spent a lot of time putting pictures on a cd so I ran out of time. Have a great week mom and let me know what you decide on the whole president thing. Talk to you later!
