Hey Dad!
This next week we have a lot of stuff happening. Friday we have zone conference, Saturday and Sunday conference and then Monday we have transfers and Tuesday is the day that those people that get transferred will pack and leave and then it’s Wednesday again.
This week was a little better than the last week. I did a division with our Zone leaders. Elder Caughran, one of the ZLs knows my comp really well and so his mission was to do a division with him to and try get him excited again for the last 2 weeks of his mission. It really didn’t work out at all. But it was a good try.
That’s great you were able to send me some CDs. Yeah Mom’s not going to let you send me Blink 182 so you’re just going to have to wait till I get home since I know you love the music I listen to.
So what’s this new job position that you’re trying to take. It sounds like it will be a big change if you have to do that much training. Will you get paid any more? Maybe you could just save the increase you make to buy me a car and a subwoofer when I get home. (Hey if you buy me a car with a subwoofer and nice speakers you won’t ever have to listen to Blink 182 again- this offer is just too great to turn down isn’t it?) But yeah when would you be able to start this new position? Sounds pretty cool.
I can’t believe that Nate and Spencer were able to get to the gate already. Yeah I definitely miss the cabin. I bet Lilly will love it up there. Who knows maybe she’ll start chasing deer like Lexy did.
Well have a great week and I’ll talk to you next week.
I love you!!!

Hey Mom!
This Sunday was pretty interesting. We spent the whole class in Priesthood talking about bus routes. We were discussing the different options we have to get all the members to the stake center to watch conference. It was pretty complex compared to just waking up the stairs, grabbing a bowl of ice-cream or cereal and watching conference on TV.
That’s so cool that Anthony Hewlett is leaving on his mission. He’ll be a great missionary. Man it sounds like a lot of things have changed there. I can’t believe that Jake has passed you and Thomas has out grown dad. Everyone’s going to change so much. I don’t know if I’ve changed that much. At one point I gained 4 kilos on the mission but then I lost 8 after. I don’t know if I’ve grown either. I guess you guys will have to wait and see. Maybe I’ll fatten up a bit too who knows.
Wow that’s exciting that Kathryn is in labor. Do Andrew and Kathryn know what they’re going to name their baby ?(Is it a boy or a girl I don’t remember?).
Well hopefully I’ll get the package with my retainer in it this conference. Zone conference is on Friday and then general conference is on Saturday and Sunday. I just remembered I told dad that transfers are this week but I was wrong. They’re next week. but yeah this week is going to be a good week. I’m really excited for conference. I found out that I’ll be able to hear in English. They prepared a little room with a TV for those who understand English. I’m really excited.
My comp has less than two weeks until he goes home and he’s pretty excited. I don’t know if it’s better to try to force him to work or what. I don’t want him to end his mission slacking off but I don’t want him to end his mission fighting with me either. I think I’m just going to continue what I’ve been doing and do something in between. When he won’t wake up to do companionship study I’ll just keep studying but when he doesn’t want to go out and work I’ll enforce it. If I start telling him everything he needs to do he’s just going to get sick of me and not do anything at all and it will make it worse. It’s only a few more weeks so it shouldn’t be too bad.
I hope things are going great for you all back at home. I’ll talk to you next week.
I love you infinity!!!
