Well I’ve got to say first of all that this week has been going a lot better. I got a package from Jason’s family which was really nice. They sent a few treats and some hot chocolate packages. I also have to tell you that I made one of the jello no bake pies. That was the best tasting pie I’ve had in soooo long. It tasted just like cheese cake and was so easy to make. How much did they cost? With the next package that you send would you be able to send me a few more if they’re not expensive. Elder Williams here tried the last bite of it and said that he’s going to have his mom send a whole box of just those pie mixes.
Anyways we were able to get some new investigators this week and were able to teach a lot more lessons. It has been such an awesome experience to watch Maria Elaine grow and learn more about the gospel. She was baptized last month and she’s already bringing cousins and friends to church with here and she’s so excited to talk to people about the gospel. I’ve really been able to feel what it says in D&C 18.
The weather here has been a little cooler the last few days and is starting to heat back up. I’ve gotten a lot tanner but that just means that my tan lines are a lot worse. Today we get to play soccer which will be great because this will be the first time for the whole transfer. I’m going to send a letter to Dan at the CTM too.
I’m glad conference was so great. Lately I’ve really been studying the talks from conference. I’ve been reading the Ensign that Grandma Fowler sent me. There’s so much stuff to think about in everyone of their talks. I wish I would have really dug into each talk before my mission too. Its great to hear the talks but to be able to read and reread has really helped me a lot here.
Well I hope that you have a great week. I’ll talk to you next week!
I love you infinity!!!
